Caseway Qualifies for the Government of Canada's AI Source List

Caseway is now a pre-qualified supplier on the Government of Canada's Artificial Intelligence Source List.

The confirmation arrived last week from Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), following our response to the Invitation to Qualify (Solicitation EN578-180001/B). Caseway qualified under Band 1 and will be invited to bid on federal AI opportunities solicited through the list.

What the AI Source List Is

The Source List is the federal government's standing pool of vetted AI suppliers. PSPC, working with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, established it so that departments and agencies across the government can procure AI services, solutions and products through a streamlined process instead of building each procurement from scratch.

Suppliers qualify into one of three bands, which set the maximum value of work that can be awarded:

• Band 1: contracts up to $1 million before taxes
• Band 2: contracts up to $4 million before taxes
• Band 3: contracts up to $37.5 million before taxes

Getting on the list means passing PSPC's evaluation of a supplier's AI capability and track record. Once qualified, suppliers are notified of opportunities in their band and invited to participate.

What It Means for Government Buyers

If you work in a federal department or agency, the practical effect is simple: Caseway is now a supplier you can reach through an established procurement vehicle. Our work sits in form automation and data intelligence, the unglamorous layer where government actually runs: intake forms, application processing, document-heavy workflows, and the data locked inside them.

That is the kind of work Band 1 was built for. Most departments do not need a $37.5 million AI transformation. They need a specific workflow fixed, measured, and delivered by a supplier that has already been vetted.

We have also made the voluntary supplier commitment on ethical AI, confirming that we will seek our government clients' Algorithmic Impact Assessment results so that appropriate mitigation strategies are applied on AI projects.
