CaseForm pulls information from the documents you select within your MyCase account. You can also upload documents directly to CaseForm outside of MyCase — both options are available. CaseForm does not yet pull from MyCase metadata or custom fields, but this capability is on our roadmap, as the MyCase API supports access to those fields.

CaseForm only populates fields based on the information present in the documents you provide.
