Success Stories
Caseway builds form automation and data intelligence for organisations that cannot afford errors: law firms, courts, and regulated enterprise. Below are four accounts of what we have shipped, who we built it with, and where each stands today.
Where a partner is public, we name them. Where a contract requires their written approval first, we describe the work and hold the name until they are ready.
Partner: 8am, the parent company of MyCase
Litigation teams re-key the same client and matter details into court form after court form. The data already sits in their practice management system. Copying it out by hand is duplicated effort, and one mismatched case number or misspelled party name is enough to get a filing rejected.
CaseForm reads the matter record inside MyCase, populates the correct court form, runs jurisdiction-specific validation, and writes the finished document back to the case file for a lawyer to review and file. It is available as an add-on and is enabled from the MyCase Integrations Marketplace.

Where it stands today
More than 7,000 court forms live across the US.
Listed in the MyCase Integrations Marketplace at US$49 per user per month.
Distributed into an ecosystem 8am reports as more than 250,000 professionals across North America.
Covered by LawSites in July 2025 when the integration went live.
Texas is next. The forms library expands state by state, and the same engine handles government and enterprise submissions outside the legal market.
Partner: Solo lawyers, small firms, and self-represented people in Canada and the United States
Legal research is priced for large firms. Everyone else either pays for a seat they use twice a month or asks a general-purpose chatbot and gets confident answers built on cases that do not exist. Independent research published in the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies in 2025 found that leading commercial legal research tools returned incorrect information between 17 and 33 per cent of the time.
Casey answers a legal question in plain language and returns the court decisions behind the answer. Every answer links to the decision it came from, so the user opens it and checks. If a judge did not write it, Casey does not use it.

Where it stands today
Roughly 11 million Canadian and United States court decisions in the corpus.
US$49 per month, with a free trial.
Thousands of lawyers, paralegals and self-represented people use it.
Available to students and faculty at partner schools at half price.
Casey is the reason we know the retrieval layer works at volume. It has been in production and paying its own way for close to two years.
Partner: A North American courts-technology company(Name withheld — awaiting written approval)
Most people who arrive at a court without a lawyer cannot work out which forms they need or how to complete them. Court staff spend their day answering the same procedural questions and sending back incomplete filings.
We built a guided self-help portal on CaseForm, running on a Synthium foundation. It works through the person's situation in plain language, selects the correct forms, and produces completed paperwork for filing.

Foundation layer
Where it stands today
A signed, paid proof of concept, running now.
Built on components already in production elsewhere, which is why it moved quickly.
This is a proof of concept, not a deployment. When the customer is ready to announce, this page will carry their name and the results.
Partner: MiTAC Advance Technology, Taiwan
Sensors multiply faster than the people who read them. Operators fuse radar, electro-optical, acoustic, RF and satellite feeds under time pressure, and whatever comes out has to be something a chain of command can act on, with a record that survives review afterwards.
Synthium runs inside the customer's own environment, on premise or in isolated cloud. It brings multi-source data into one ranked recommendation, checks that recommendation against the customer's own doctrine and policy, keeps a person in the decision loop, and writes an append-only record of every step. Nothing leaves the customer's walls.

Where it stands today
Strategic partnership with MiTAC announced in July 2026, covering counter-drone decision support, maritime domain awareness and sensor-to-decision workflows.
Partnership with Valtec announced in May 2026, pairing their unmanned systems and precision sensing with our decision layer, priming a bid through True North Precision into the Department of National Defence's IDEaS MINERVA programme.
Runs tenant-bound on the customer's own servers, with a private model and an append-only audit trail.
Demonstration data is synthetic.
The MiTAC work is a proof-of-concept programme in technical scoping, with a demonstration planned in Taiwan. It is a pilot, not a deployment, and we will say so until it is not.
It reads high-volume paperwork, checks every answer against a source, and keeps a record of how it got there.
If you run high-volume filings, complex regulated documents, or decisions that have to stand up to review afterwards, we should talk.
