At Caseway, we’re building legal infrastructure backed by artificial intelligence that replaces guesswork with real precedent. Our platform is now trained exclusively on over 100 million court decisions across the US and Canada. It doesn’t use internet text (Reddit, random blogs), which deals with the issue of hallucinations. This lets us automate core legal tasks with the precision that law firms, governments, and institutions actually need.
Our platform supports:

- Document review and comparison
- Legal Q&A backed by 100+ court decisions, not the entire internet
We're also rolling out our most powerful feature: the Bespoke Agent. This lets law firms, companies, governments, etc., upload their own historical legal documents, including past contracts, pleadings, and letters. It then generates new outputs that follow the same tone, structure, and legal positioning. It’s like giving everyone at your organization their own in-house lawyer, fine-tuned to how they already work.
Our newest release which is part of a partnership, is a statewide court form automation engine for California, now live at courtform.caseway.ai. It supports 4,264 court forms, covering the state supreme and appellate courts and 49 of 58 superior courts. The coverage is over 90% of California.
Users can select a jurisdiction and form, upload a context document, and the form fills instantly. Some forms work flawlessly already. Others, especially those without structured fields, are supported using visual cues like underscores. It’s early but real and improving rapidly.
