A major CaseForm update focused on deeper MyCase integration, self-serve firm signup, and a new end-to-end client e-consent flow.

Highlights

  • MyCase-first autofill. Attorney, case, and client context is layered so MyCase data drives field matching where appropriate.
  • Self-serve free trial. Public firm signup creates the firm and firm admin; email verification and Stripe checkout remain part of the trial path.
  • Client e-consent. Send and track AI/CaseForm consent by email, with a public consent page and status surfaced in the app.
  • MyCase context review. New modal to review case and client details from MyCase before continuing the Court Form flow.
  • EFS-005-CV. Added as a statewide court form in the catalog, with on-demand widget assets where applicable.

  • Smarter field matching across forms, including improved address handling, so more fields fill correctly on the first pass.
  • More predictable behavior on client-focused forms, so MyCase information takes priority where it should.

Free trial & billing

  • Firms can now sign up for the free trial directly from our website — no sales call required.
  • Smoother Stripe checkout, seat selection, and license handling when starting or upgrading a trial.

Client e-consent

  • Send AI/CaseForm consent requests to clients by email and track their status from inside the app.
  • A new public consent page lets clients review and respond without needing a Caseway account.
  • A new Client E-Consent step in the Court Form flow, with a live status modal so you always know where each request stands.
  • Polished email templates for client AI consent requests.

Court Form experience

  • A new MyCase context review modal lets you confirm the case and client details pulled from MyCase before continuing the form flow.
